moving towards design - build

Sherwin Landscape Construction (SLC Inc.) is a natural outgrowth of our design efforts to deliver high quality and precise projects from conception to construction. We started this venture in 2023 when the bulk of our Pandemic projects were languishing for the lack of contractors. Our goal is apply the same professionalism and attention to detail to our built work as we do to our design process to leverage our deep in-house understanding of our projects in order to deliver substantial results, on-time, and on-budget.

Our State of California C27 and State of Oregon Landscape Contractor License for Landscape and Irrigation Installation are pending but the goal is that we can install to a high degree of fidelity and professionalism throughout the western United States. And later this year we will be a licensed General Contractor through the State of Oregon.

Post Construction Services

In addition to our design and construction services we offer bespoke maintenance and advisory services that ensure that our vision is manifested appropriately and healthily over the lifetime of the project. We rely on our collective expertise of over 40 years of experience in the landscape environment to help plan, support, and develop a long-term relationship with our sites and clients. We develop our horticultural maintenance strategies at the beginning of each project during the site analysis phase in which study the existing soil and horticulture properties of the site in conjunction with the overarching objectives of the project’s design brief. The end result is a careful investment of a qualified and dedicated team towards the success of a healthy site that will last for generations.
