Olympian exists on a particularly steep ocean hillside in California. We used our expertise in steep grading to design programming into the hillside with the use of terraces. Our design rewilds the perimeter of the property with California oak trees to strategically create private spaces where our client can enjoy the rugged beauty of their coastal seaside abode while simultaneously creating stronger erosion control.
